RETURN GUIDELINES

  • Custom Items:
    Due to the nature of the product, we regretfully cannot cancel custom orders or offer returns. We only provide replacements.
  • Non-Custom Items:
    Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.
  • Cancellation of Order: A cancellation fee of 3% will be applied when canceling the order.
  • How to Initiate a Return:

  • Pack the item securely and include your order number.
    Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
